The Colossal Tussle Podcast: WWE’s Best of 2016

We’re a little behind but that’s what happens when travel, sickness, and responsibilities that actually make money hinder the grind. Nonetheless, we have work to do.

Join “Big Natural” Stoney Nitro and “Nature Boy” Vader Vick as they break down the year that was in WWE. The two are in agreement with the rest of the world that AJ Styles is the undoubted MVP of 2016, but outside of him, they debate the merits of guys like The Miz, Dean Ambrose, and Kevin Owens laying claim to the #2 spot. Nature Boy explains why he thinks Charlotte deserves to be in that discussion, too.

The gang reviews some of their favorite matches of the year – everything from Nakamura-Zayn to Cena-Styles. Nature Boy was not on board with all of the Charlotte-Sasha Banks matches, but Big Natural was – who was right? Plus, the two offer a little nugget of underrated matches – Big Natural’s being Triple H-Dean Ambrose from Roadblock; Nature Boy’s being some mysterious New Day match that neither of the hosts can remember. Who knows what Vick is remembering?

Which moment was bigger – Goldberg’s 1:26 long squash of Brock Lesnar? Or, AJ Styles’ debut at the Royal Rumble?

The duo takes a look into their crystal ball and explain why Samoa Joe, Braun Strowman, and Baron Corbin may be in store for huge years.
