Personally, I can’t imagine a day in the life of a firefighter….really, any sort of profession that’s required to save people. You know, I like to think I’m pretty clutch…but, we’re talking about catching a 40-yard touchdown in a flag football game clutch. We’re talking about catching the final out in a kickball game clutch. I don’t know that I have it in me to be fireman clutch. Especially after seeing this:

No clue what’s going on here. Let’s face it – that’s a quick clip. Regardless, props to this fireman for saving that person’s life, even if it did mean knocking half of their teeth out. That’s a hard decision to make at the last minute, I’d imagine.
Back to flag football – this isn’t unlike when you juke inside and freeze the corner you’re facing. You have to decide real quick if you want to continue inside or juke back outside. It all depends on your chemistry with the quarterback. That’s totally like what’s happening in this video. You gotta know right away whether you can wait or whether this person’s gonna swan dive…..Like, you either gotta drop kick this person right in the fucking face or it may be over for them.
I don’t know anything about being a fireman, but I bet stuff like this happens all the time….which would be a cool perk of the job. You get to dropkick people and they call you a hero.
Man, props to all the firefighters out there.
