When you sit down and crank a metal bar over your crotch and hear the clanking of a good rollercoaster, nothing can replicate that experience. You want to feel frightened. It’s part of the fun, after all. Well, I don’t know where this transpired, but one amusement park is stepping up their game by having LIVE BIRDS fly into your face:
That guy looks mortified, but damn – put yourselves in that bird’s shoes (lol I just pictured birds wearing shoes). That creature looked so incredibly confused in his bundled state. Also, did it die? I mean, it looks like it just sort of flew away, but it’s hard to imagine getting hit by something, even a human’s neck, at that rate of acceleration and surviving if you’re just a tiny little creature.
Maybe hitting the human’s neck is what saved the little guy. Like, he’s definitely dead if he’s just steamrolled by the actual rollercoaster, right? We may never know. I like to think he’s got quite the story to squawk to all his buddies back at the Crow’s Nest. He’s probably describing it the way we describe lightning. Like, “I don’t know, man – I’m just flying around and then all of a sudden, “BOOM, POW – RIGHT IN THE KISSER!””
As for me…I’m trying to figure out exactly where this amusement park is so I can try it out. Call me an adrenaline junkie, but the thought of a bird smacking my face while riding a rollercoaster is just the fix I need.
