I LOVE That Sasha Banks Said the Great Balls of Fire Logo Looks Like a Dick and Balls on Twitter

That face when you hear they namin’ a pay-per-view ‘Great Balls of Fire.’

We talked about this ad nauseam on the latest edition of The Colossal Tussle Podcast, but the hits just keep on rolling out. In one word, The Boss just publicly acknowledged what we’ve all been saying on Twitter: that logo is a flaming cock and balls.

It’s kind of a relief to hear from someone in the WWE. It’s reaffirming – like, for a minute there, it kind of felt that we were all just sexual degenerates turning this into something it shouldn’t. But, nope – someone with some actual credible credibility coming out and basically saying, “rest easy, you perverts – that does actually look like a penis and testes.”

But, I mean, look at the damn thing:

Is it really unreasonable for that to be the first thing we see?

It’s bad enough that this pay-per-view is named after a song that was a hit 53 years ago. If they were going for some sort of nostalgic Americana theme, why not just bring back The Great American Bash?

How can Vince McMahon – OF ALL PEOPLE – not realize how subliminally sexual this is? OF COURSE the internet is going to run wild with it. Probably sticking it to the smarks a bit, too – Samoa Joe vs. Brock Lesnar is a dream match for a lot of us older fans who aren’t just discovering Joe for the first time because of this WWE run. But, I can just hear Vince laughing, thinking, “I’ll give you your “dream match” fan boys – and it’ll be at GREAT. BALLS. OF FIIIIIRE!” *maniacal laughing Vince .GIF*

But, by the same token, I’m kind of glad it has happened. Look at all the fun we’re having with this thing. For instance, to the person that slapped this on the Seth Rollins dick pics:

Kudos, person. You win.
