We really need to get better at naming our shows. First we had the untitled, unfiltered “SoBros Tennesee Titans Podcast.” Wow, so original – and now, we have the…yep, you guessed it….”SoBros Fantasy Football Podcast.” Yeah, for wild-minded people, we’re pretty unoriginal here….but, whatever. The show must go on.
So, it’s the second week of Big Game Paul of me getting together and talking about all the trends in fantasy football and projecting the coming week.
This week, we ask, “WTF is wrong with the Cowboys?” Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott are both underperforming in their sophomore efforts. Is there a cause for concern? Are the distractions too much? Or, are we overreacting to the loss to a stellar Denver Broncos defense?
Second, after the three-game start he’s had to the 2017, are we ready to say Todd Gurley is officially unofficially back?
How about the backfield situation in Washington – is Chris Thompson for real? Is Robert Kelley still the guy to own? Or, should you just avoid the timeshare altogether?
Plus, tune in for mine and Paul’s start and sit of the week. Last week, I said you’d be a fool to put Tom Brady on your bench, and it turned out that Michael Crabtree was the only guy who outperformed him (in ESPN PPR format). Paul and I said that Pats game was going to be a live murder on TV, and it ended up being a live murder on TV.
