The Friday Feel Good: Titans Goal Line Stand
Every Friday, we here at the SoBros Network like to give you a proper sendoff into your weekend. Something to make you laugh, something to make you happy, something to make you cry, whatever you want to call it. But, anyway, we figured why not give this special column a name? So, here we are, folks – it’s the Friday Feel Good. On this week’s edition, let’s get fired up for tomorrow night’s Titans-Ravens game by reliving that fantastic Titans goal line stand from the Patriots game.
Man, this whole returning to work after the holidays things is for the fucking birds. This might’ve been the end of another long hard work week of all ends of another long hard work week. I’m exhausted and wondering how anyone can focus for five days in a row now.
Anyway, it’s The Friday Feel Good, and we have a lot to be excited about here in Nashville. Our Tennessee Titans are hitting the road to play the Baltimore Ravens with a spot in the AFC Championship on the line (I actually think the Titans can win this game). So, we’re gonna head into the weekend reliving that fantastic Titans goal line stand from the game against the Patriots last week.
HYPED. I mean, this is a fan of defensive football’s wet dream. The offense, helmed by the greatest quarterback of all time, gets up on the goal line and fails three times in a row.
Rashaan Evans out there playin’ the best football of his life. Big Jeff, Jurrell Casey, DaQuan Jones, Austin Johnson – that defensive line was making plays. All in all, this is what you love to see out of your defense (especially one that had its question marks heading into this game). I hope we see a lot more of this tomorrow night in Baltimore. The Titans are going to need it.
Time to Titan the fuck up.
Happy Friday, guys – whatever you do, stay safe out there. Celebrate life. Wave at the haters. All that stuff.
