Let’s face it – every day we are routinely bombarded with questions. When you’re an emerging media company in Nashville, people just want to know what your opinions are on everything. It’s only natural. And, since our duty is to serve the people, well, we have no choice but to be present. That’s the SoBro Way. Also, aren’t mailbags just a barrel of laughs anyway? Welcome to the newest weekly recurring feature up in this bitch: The SoBros Mailbag. As always, hit us with those mailbag questions @SoBrosNetwork on Twitter, email ’em to me anonymously at thesobrosnetwork@gmail.com.
Question:
@SoBrosNetwork just gonna go ahead and ask my mailbag question this week. How the hell do you fold a fitted sheet?
— Trevor Bauer Stan Account (@trtidwell) November 23, 2020
Answer:
The short answer is “you don’t.” At least, I haven’t found a way yet. I always, and I mean ALWAYS, end up just wadding that shit up and throwing it into the closet. If anyone does figure this out one day, they will undoubtedly be in line for a Nobel Peace Prize.
Question:
What’s your best cyber Monday purchase?
— santas slay (@RighteousJesse) November 24, 2020
Answer:
Not sure if you’re asking for the greatest Cyber Monday purchase I’ve ever made or for the greatest Cyber Monday purchase out there this year, so I’ll answer both. A couple of years ago, I got two Yeti Blue USB mics – top of the line shit – for $140. Those things are usually about $110-$120 each, so you can imagine my astonishment to see such a deal. This year, I’ve got my eyes peeled for some new camping gear. I’ve been wanting to make it a point to get out and enjoy the great outdoors more as of late, and I’m looking to upgrade some of the gear I have.
Question:
Throughout his 30 year career do you think the Undertaker spent more time walking to the ring or wrestling in the ring?
— Steven McCash (@MC_Cash75) November 24, 2020
Answer:
Do we count the American Badass stuff? Because zooming to the ring on a motorcycle is really going to put a dent into all that time spent walking slowly to the ring. I think I’m going to go with ‘wrestling,’ but I’m not sure about it.
Side note – I actually loved the ‘Taker entrance as a kid, but I did catch myself, once I got older and that mystique wore off a bit, thinking “man, this is excessive.”
Also, Ben’s answer rules:
Napping inside the ring in between moves

Question:
I’ve been disappointed with most of the classic movie remakes. What movie would you choose to remake and who would you cast?
— Tom Hanks & the Guilty Pleasures (@SoBroCadbury) November 24, 2020
Answer:
I’m with you – I can’t remember the last good remake I saw…and it seems like things are being remade left and right these days. This is a tough one, but after some deliberate thought, I’m going with the Robin Williams classic, Jack. We’re gonna cast Colin Farrell in the Jack role, and Helen Mirren in the Fran Drescher role.
That’s the second time in a few weeks we’ve brought up Fran Drescher on the SoBros Mailbag.
Question:
From the wife: TMNT or Power Rangers?
— Tom Hanks & the Guilty Pleasures (@SoBroCadbury) November 24, 2020
Answer:
Which did I like more? Who would win in a fight? I’m gonna answer both.
The Power Rangers would win because they could just form the Megazord and literally stomp on the Ninja Turtles.
As to which I like more…y’know….I’m going to be honest with you guys…I had WAY more Ninja Turtles toys growing up. Every birthday and Christmas for about three years straight were nothing but Ninja Turtles and Ghostbusters. But, for as much as I was into Ninja Turtles, I don’t remember being into many things more than I was into Power Rangers. That star burned very brightly very quickly. I was incredibly passionate about the Power Rangers for a short period of time, whereas I was just “into” Ninja Turtles for a longer period of time. Kid Stoney says Power Rangers, but grown ass Stoney says Ninja Turtles.
