Props go to Gnash himself for sending this awesome bit of information along. Damn it! I just cannot get enough of the idea of Tennessee Titans mascot T-Rac and Gnash teaming up for one night only to go Dudley Boyz on the San Jose Sharks. T-RAC! GET THE TABLES!

It’s “LIT,” as the kids are saying these days.

I was already looking forward to the game tonight, but in the sense of having a hard day at the office and looking forward to that first beer after work – that kind of anticipation. Now, I’m full-on game mode. I need to find a pair of ice skates to put on so that I could lace up the boots and GO!

Hell, put my ass in front of a Shea Weber slapshot if that’s what it takes! Obviously, it’s that kind of day where the stars align and crazy things happen.

Now that I’ve processed my emotions, I clearly understand that I’m ready to run through a brick wall for this dynamic duo.

Can you imagine how the San Jose Sharks are feeling right now? Knowing that not only do you have to go into to the loudest arena in the NHL according to some coaches who told the USA Network’s announcer the other night, but you have to somehow fight off the intangible fighting spirit of a united Gnash -AND- T-Rac.

T-Rac is, bottom line, the absolute shit. Best mascot in the NFL, and it’s not even close. He rides around in a motorized recliner and stares at cheerleaders. Tell me that isn’t the dream life for about 87% of adult male Titans fans. And Gnash? Man – that creature is simply not one to be trifled with. I’ve seen him pie people in the face with the force of car wreck. I’ve seen him maul a live gazelle…wait….that was an actual tiger on Animal Planet.

Anyway, my point is – I don’t know if the hockey world is ready for the two greatest mascots in documented human history to take center stage tonight. We’re going deep sea fishing tonight, boys!

Get your catfish ready, Smashville.
