Carlos Santana Casually Dropping the Elbow on Beyonce

Santana is teetering on the edge of anarchy here, inciting a war that no one wants to see fought. And, it ain’t like 1999. There’s no Rob Thomas here to save Santana’s ass. All I’ll say to start is if you come for the crown, you best not miss.

Via NZHerald“The British singer walked away with five Grammys on Sunday night, including the coveted Album of the Year gong for her record 25, but has been criticised by fans of Beyonce who believe she should have won the award for her politically- charged album Lemonade.

Whoa – Santana is British? Santana won five Grammys Sunday night? I totally missed that. I mean, I didn’t watch any of the Grammys…but that still means that I missed it.

But Adele, who seemed surprised to have won, has an ally in 13-time Grammy award-winner Carlos Santana, who believes she deserved to win because of her talent.

Oh, that first paragraph was about Adele.

“I think that Adele won because she can sing, sing,” Santana told AAP.

“With all respect to our sister Beyonce, Beyonce is very beautiful to look at and it’s more like modelling kind of music – music to model a dress – she’s not a singer, singer, with all respect to her,” he said.

Santana’s old ass – trying to tread lightly here with all the pleasantries, but shit. We get it. I see it. You see it. Santana’s own blind ass sees it.

On a serious note, I think I’m going to start employing Santana’s method of repetition for an added oomph when I really want to get my point across.

“Don’t drink, drink all the damn coffee, Steve.”

“I’m actually a terrible driver, driver.”

This is also a prime example of how old people get tricked into scams. You call and tell them you’re with the IRS and you need taxes and they’re spouting out social security numbers and credit card info like it’s candy. Clearly, that’s what happened here. This web site asked senile old blind Santana for an opinion, and he felt like he had to or he was going to endure a menacing audit.

Beyonce took to the stage for a show-stopping performance during the Grammys ceremony where she performed her songs Love Drought and Sandcastles with a host of dancers in a display that also emphasised the importance of motherhood and women.

Adele also performed at the awards ceremony, paying tribute to the late George Michael with a slowed-down version of his song Fastlove, which she performed without any dancers.

“Adele can sing, sing. She doesn’t bring all the dancers and props, she can just stand there and she just stood there and sang the song and that’s it, and this is why she wins,” Santana said.

We don’t need to divide these fan bases, bud. This is a fight no one wants to see. Everyone loves Adele. Everyone loves Beyonce. Why do we have to turn everyone against everyone? Why do we have to pick sides?

I don’t want to say anything too strong, but this sort of seems like terrorism in a way. Making people choose their allegiance between these two studs. Santana should honestly be ashamed of himself, and it’s not like he did anything so great without the help of Rob Thomas.

Wait – Santana isn’t blind? Oh shit. You learn something new every day.
