This little girl thought a broken water heater is a real life robot. It’s just not fair how cute it is pic.twitter.com/TLbuKKEEbY

You’re right, Ben. This just isn’t fair. It’s too cute. It’s cuteness overload. I don’t even know what to say about it right now because my brain is completely fried. Whew – I don’t know about you guys, but I needed that on a tough Tuesday…working my ass off this week, shit’s blowing up everywhere, and here’s this little doll passing out unconditional love to
Further proof that one man’s trash is someone’s child’s robot.
We’ve all been here, too, by the way. Here’s this cold hard water heater, obviously not saying shit back to the little girl. Letting her just hug away, loudly proclaiming her love and well-wishes for the robot. We all just want to be loved by robots. We all want what we can’t have. We try as hard as we can to endear ourselves to others, but no – it doesn’t always work like that. Sometimes, there’s an obsolete water heater that just doesn’t give a shit, and we have to deal with it.
It’s really a metaphor for life, and this child has no idea. Oh, how innocent – she has no clue whatsoever that life is going to hit her like a ton of bricks when she becomes an adult. It seems like out of nowhere, you’re just hit with bills, a job, responsibilities, sometimes you shit yourself and you don’t know why….all the normal things that come with adulthood.
Also, I just want to mention this as a valid point. Kids are stupid – “robot” lololololololol. Doesn’t even know what a water heater is! I mean, that looks nothing like a robot. We all know what REAL robots look like:
Is any reasonable person going to mistake a water heater for Alpha? I don’t think so. Pshhhh get out of here, little girl.
Anyway – enjoy it now, kid. You won’t be loving robots when you’re 40 years old and the machines are trying to take over the planet and eradicate all human life.
