Jim Mora has my vote for the most charismatic, entertaining coach of all time. I’d say he’s a caricature of a football coach is, but the truth is this man is one of a kind. Apparently, he had a bit of a broadcast snafu after Monday’s Saints-Vikings game:

Yeah, Scott! You’re full of shit, man! You know how you know Scott’s full of shit? Just watch him sending it to the remote team…he’s just smiling the whole time. That little smirk says, “I’m full of shit and they know I’m full of shit, but I think I’m funny.” Well, GUESS WHAT SCOTT – Coach Mora is going to call you on your shit.
I love it. I simply love that after all of these years, Coach Mora is still a total wild card.
Even when the other announcers are like, “oh no, let’s move on,” Mora is like “no hold up – wait, that was live?” The guy next to him is desperately trying to get the show to move on, but Mora is still trying to figure out whether they’re fucking with him or not. Hilarious.
Can you imagine what a night of drinking with this guy is like?
Also, finally – don’t want to be that guy, but he does look like he’s aging rapidly….that’s going to be a sad day….you know what I’m saying. Too soon?
