2017 NFL Conference Championships Drinking Game

The NFL Conference Championships make for my personal favorite weekend in football. It’s the final four – the best of the best. Sometimes, you get a dud, but for the most part, these are some of the more exciting games of the season. This year looks like we’ll get a little bit of both. The NFC Championship should be a hotly contested defensive battle. But, if you believe Las Vegas, the AFC Championship isn’t going to be much of a game (New England is currently favored by nine points).

But, this is the last day we’ll get multiple games on until next Fall. So, it’s a little bittersweet. The brevity of losing football season is starting to set in a bit. But, at the same time, we’re going to find out who’s gonna play in the Super Bowl!

So, let’s not focus on silly things like emotions and just get drunk instead. It’s the annual SoBros Network NFL Conference Championship Drinking Game!

AFC Championship Drinking Game

Take a drink if/when….

*Blake Bortles throws an interception. Yes, every time Bortles throws an interception take a drink.

*Bill Belichick chortles at having to actually throw the challenge flag.

*Jalen Ramsey draws a flag.

*Tom Brady gives an awkward high five – feel free to define ‘awkward’ as you see fit.

*Tommy Bohanon catches a pass.

*Someone mentions Brady and/or Belichick as the “greatest of all time,” or “goat.”

*Someone mentions that the Jags are underdogs in this game. Roll your eyes, too.

Take a shot if/when….

*Bill Belichick is caught smiling on camera.

*Dion Lewis -AND/OR- James White hit 10 receptions.

*Leonard Fournette gives someone the “come on” motion a la the Steelers game.

NFC Championship Drinking Game

Take a drink if/when….

*Someone mentions the “Minnesota Miracle,” or “Minneapolis Miracle,” or whatever kind of miracle we’re calling this.

*Someone mentions the Case Keenum vs. Nick Foles quarterback match-up, drink two if they chortle with, “HA – just as we drew it up in August!”

*Keenum throws a touchdown.

*Alshon Jeffery is held without a catch at the end of every quarter.

*Harrison Smith gets an interception.

*Doug Pederson’s beautiful silver hair is shown blowing in the wind.

*Mike Zimmer is shown red in the face.

Take a shot if/when….

*Stefon Diggs gets another 60+ yard touchdown.

*This game hits the over (39) points.

*For some reason, they show Brett Favre losing the NFC Championship in Minnesota.

As always, folks. Have fun, but stay safe and drink responsibly.
