‘Medical Meth’ Isn’t a Thing, but Maybe It Should Be

By now, you guys know we’re big fans of the grind here at SoBros Network. It’s all we do. Day job, SoBros, day job, SoBros, weekend. But, that’s it. Late nights and hard work – that’s what we built this whole thing on. So, you know – we have no choice but to respect the hustle of this lady who tried to pass off her backwoods meth as ‘medical meth.’

Credit to KOB4:

Everyone’s heard of medical marijuana, but one Albuquerque woman claims she had a prescription for medical meth.

Authorities didn’t buy it.

Ginger Sharpe was arrested for a probation violation after her parole officer said she tested positive for the drug. However, according to court documents, Sharpe said she was prescribed the meth by a doctor in Farmington, and even had a prescription bottle with a label for meth tablets.

Damn – you gotta try it. Listen, all due respect to the boys in blue, but I have been in some parts of the country where you probably could’ve gotten away saying your backwoods meth was medical meth. You show someone a bottle that looks anything like a prescription bottle and they may buy it.

Now, I’ve never been to Albuquerque. I would assume there are reasonable people there considering it is a larger city. It looks like this cased proved that true.

Also, a lesson I’ve learned in life: never trust a woman named Ginger.

But, hell – maybe Ginger’s on to something here with this whole ‘medical meth’ thing. I mean, what are the potential benefits of using meth? You save money on dental care because you no longer have teeth to take care of. You save a lot of money on a mortgage because you’re living in a trailer in the woods somewhere. Those aren’t real medical issues, but you get my point. It might not be a bad idea. Maybe we should just open it up and make meth legal – it obviously promotes financial frugality. And, that’s an important life skill we’re not doing a good enough job teaching in schools.

The more you know.
