CHRISTOPHER ROBIN
3 out of 5 stars
Growing up and losing touch with your childhood is a tale that’s been told a hundred times over. But any time you hear the voice of Winnie the Pooh, a big smile shows up on your face. In Christopher Robin, director Marc Forster lets the enchantment be dragged down a time or two, yet the nostalgic sweetness and humor from these beloved characters can never be contained. Pooh and the gang will forever be a wonderful reminder of timeless innocence and wisdom. Becoming an adult doesn’t mean letting go of imagination, nor the fun once had as a kid. This semi-charming family film does its best to reassure us of that.
