Answer:
Man, I don’t know, Steven. This is undoubtedly going to be Stunt’s biggest challenge yet. Part of me still can’t believe he’s actually the Bonestorm Champion. It just goes to show you that anything can truly happen in a Southern Underground Pro event. But, the timing of all of his success is so bad.
It might prove unfortunate for him to win the title at the same time Ison is running roughshod over the SUP roster. Because after going 5-0 in SUP this year, there’s no other person who deserves a title shot more. Ison is the logical ‘next in line.’ Imagine winning “Nashville’s championship” (as I have termed the Bonestorm Championship) only to realize Brett fucking Ison is waiting in the wings.
That said, I feel like people are underrating Stunt a bit in this match. He’s defied the odds at every turn this summer, so there’s something to say for that. Regardless, I don’t know that SUP has ever run a match pitting someone so universally loved versus someone so universally hated. The Basement East is going to be ON FIRE come 11/4 for All Eyez On Me. The SoBros team will be there, so be sure to come find us and say hey.
But, to answer your question, Steven, let’s shoot for $10K just to be safe.
