There’s the horror of war and then the horror of something shockingly different. This magnetic mashup of strife and scares turns the terror up a notch with blood-splattering thrills. Director Julius Avery, along with a strong ensemble  cast, brings to life the detriments of WWII and flinging it into one nasty Nazi experiment – injecting a whole new kind of hell. Let it bask in all of its grisly glory by shooting up and exploding anything that moves – dead or alive. It’s undeniably unhinged, energetic, and frantic fun.
