“The General” John Mosley was kind enough to join me on the latest episode of Checks and Championship. We caught up on some WWE talk after a few shows of going indie-heavy, offering up our Elimination Chamber review.
We talk about the merits of pulling the trigger on Kofi Kingston winning the WWE Championship. Should they have done it? Should they do it in the future? Is Kingston vs. Daniel Bryan the WrestleMania program? Or, is the rumored Bryan vs. some returning superstar program the way to go?
We also get into the weirdness of the latest run of NXT “call-ups,” if they’re actually call-ups.
Then, we shift gears and preview the upcoming weekend in Tennessee wrestling. We have Resolute Wrestling running tonight, TWE Chattanooga running tomorrow, and then Revive Pro and SWF teaming up on Sunday for the Uncle Byff benefit show!
