On this very special edition of The SoBros Hot Minute, I hop in front of my shitty MacBook FaceTime camera and vent about Facebook.
Just about everything about Facebook, I hate. I hate how people use it. I hate how they tell you they want to make your news feed about your friends and family, so they don’t show you stuff from pages you like.
But, then, they’ll turn around and tell the managers of those pages that if they want to show up in news feeds, they need to throw Facebook some money. So, is it really about making your time on the platform feel more personal? Or, is it just a money grab? You be the judge.
*sigh*
Yeah, this one was frustrating.
Damn, y’all. I feel bad about putting this in the “humor” category on the site. I remember doing this video and feeling like my sadness was coming through the screen. I learned a lesson that night, and hopefully, nothing has been this depressing since. Sheesh.
