Well. What a game. What a feeling. I hope Nashville remembers that feeling. Desperation, control, the finish. Nashville had a few early opportunities that did not pan exactly right, but you could tell the night was their’s. The battery took an early lead but Nashville stayed focused and sealed the late goal to win.
SCORING
Hogashi for Charleston would finally get the night going at 43’. I’ve said it before, Nashville D just stood there. He dribbled in, split the defense, and loaded up on Pickens. No chance.
I love when you called me Ropapa Mensah lights the lamp for Nashville after the half at the 56th minute. This wasn’t his first opportunity this game, but this is the one that matters.

With that win Nashville slides into third in the division. Last night was Nashville’s 6th match of the month (4-1-1) with a seventh game coming at Tampa Bay on the 31st.
