The SoBros Mailbag: 75th Edition – The Life Story of Stoney Keeley (not really)

Let’s face it – every day we are routinely bombarded with questions. When you’re an emerging media company in Nashville, people just want to know what your opinions are on everything. It’s only natural. And, since our duty is to serve the people, well, we have no choice but to be present. That’s the SoBro Way. Also, aren’t mailbags just a barrel of laughs anyway? Welcome to the newest weekly recurring feature up in this bitch: The SoBros Mailbag. As always, use #SoBrosMailbag to hit us up on Twitter.

Question:

Answer:

I don’t know, Brent – any time I’ve been around him, he’s seemed pretty pleasant. You’re going to have to elaborate on that – who’s he spending most of his time with on the clock? By the way, whatever happened to Bromondo’s Big Friday?

Also, in case you missed it, he prefers Twix.

Question:

Answer:

You know, Mose….I’ll just say this. One of these guys dropped out of school at 15. The other is a former NCAA All-American from the University of Michigan. So, you tell me.

Question:

Answer:

If you have a sign hanging on your window saying the McRib is back, you better damn have a McRib in that building.

On a side note, I once ate a McRib every day for five straight days before pulling myself together.

Question:

Answer:

Gut reaction, I’m going “LFG: Inside the Mind of a Wandering Soul: The Life Story of Stoney Keeley as told by Stoney Keeley”

Something fancy, descriptive, and emotional like that.

I really don’t know, Brett. Honestly, it’s something I’ve thought about writing one day, though. Whether I actually reach my goals or not, I’ve been doing this so long that there’s a story to be told either way. If I make it, I think it’d be quite the underdog story. I mean, the odds are long that people can just pick up and do what we’re trying to do. If I don’t make it, then it’d be quite the story about having your dreams crushed….devoting your life to something only to have it deemed “not good enough.”

A lot has happened that a lot of people don’t see and don’t know about, too. There are so many layers to SoBros Network and what led me to founding it. There are so many unique perspectives surrounding it. It’d be a shame if it all never came to light.

Keep the questions coming – catch y’all next week!
