Spooky Season: ‘Tis the Season to Scare Children

Well, we got our first big viral video of some kids getting scared, so that must mean Spooky Season is officially here. It’s a time-honored tradition, just like the Mobile Leprechaun video in March. Someone somewhere is going to completely unnecessarily scare some kids, parents are going to be super pissed, and shitbags like me are going to laugh about it. shrugs

Whooooo boi – you wanna talk about going hard? This ghoul is going FUCKING HARD! Y’know, usually, you could easily blame the parents for taking the kids to a haunted house to begin with. But, that’s not the case here – this looks like it’s just your regular everyday strip mall. Like, this person just put on a ridiculous costume, and went out and stood in the parking lot scaring people. Is that even legal?

Regardless, whoever this is, they really did say, “fuck dem kids” and go all in. Those parents are probably pissed, and honestly, I am a little surprised no one swung on this guy. Just that parental instinct kicking in, you know? AND you probably have kids that ain’t gonna sleep ’til November. This shit happened to me when I was a kid and I was scarred for life. Could be the reason I’m so jumpy and jittery as an adult. So, hey – here’s to a lifetime of psychological trauma for absolutely no damn reason. Cool.

I’m just surprised this was posted on September 22, 2019 – SMDH, people just celebrate these holidays earlier and earlier every year. It’s awfully early in the season for the scared kids videos to start popping up. I guess this is our official indicator that Spooky Season is indeed here.

Also, what’s the over/under on how many people are critical of me posting this video and writing about it?
