Man, after all of these years, all of those heartbreaking losses in the NFC Championship, losing in the Super Bowl once before, after losing the AFC Championship a year ago, Andy Reid can finally say it: he is a Super Bowl CHAMPION!
I don’t know how you can’t be happy for this guy. He’s one of the greatest offensive football minds of essentially two generations of players. Those Philadelphia Eagles were fun to watch, but he never had a player like Patrick Mahomes. As good as they were, he’s never had a receiving corps like the Legion of Zoom. Add it all together, and Big Red finally gets his Super Bowl ring, and I don’t know that anyone in the league deserves it more.
Personally, I think he was deserving a Hall of Fame spot regardless of what happened in last night’s game. But, now – there’s no question. This dude’s destined to have a bust in Canton one day, and it is awesome.
The Chiefs were down 10 points with just over seven minutes to go in the 4th quarter before they rattled off 21 unanswered points to win 31-20. It was one of the best comebacks in the history of the game and cemented the arrival of this Chiefs team as the new standard in the NFL.
During all the post-game interviews, he announced to the world that he would be celebrating this win in the most Andy Reid manner ever – with a big ass cheeseburger….maybe even a double!
Andy Reid celebrating winning the Lombardi the only way he knows how:

I just hope his toilet is ready for the celebration.
