It is scientifically impossible to grow up in Tennessee without developing a keen appreciation of seeing a country boy gettin’ after it in a fist fight. The country boy fight is one I’ve grown up enjoying. From the first time I saw a punch thrown to the time I saw a kid break another’s nose in high school, it’s always a moment in time, for sure.
That’s why I was delighted to see this fight grace my timeline again:

“You wanna play with me, I will show you something.” STONE FUCKING COLD!!!!!! I can’t be sympathetic towards the dude who instigated this thing. If you’re going to initiate contact in a fight, you just gotta go for it. You have to make that first punch count. You can’t get in homeboy’s face and then chicken out. Even worse, you can’t throw soft ass punches. You gotta mean it. Those punches looked like they hurt about as much as having a pie thrown in your face. And, what happened to the instigator here?
YOU GOT KNOCKED THE FUCK OUT!
All it took was the right shot, and that dude hit the ground. I love the way this man says “better be glad I’m lettin’ you up,” as if he’s more annoyed with this inconvenienced than irate.
This really is a coming of age tale that we can all learn something from. Who’s singin’ the Auto Zone song, though?
