Throughout all of the nonsense…all of the panic, the fear, and the anxiety that this coronavirus outbreak….this global pandemic…has instilled in citizens of the United States of America, one voice has proven knowledgeable, calming, and dare I say, downright sultry. Of course, I’m talking about the voice of the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and a member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force, Dr. Anthony Fauci.

Well, folks, the man has become a bit of an overnight sensation for his turn in the White House press conferences, and now, there’s a sect of people out there claiming we ought to name

Dr. Anthony Fauci has become an unlikely celebrity and hero during the coronavirus pandemic, thanks to his daily no-nonsense briefings and decades-long career fighting infectious diseases. And his rise to fame has tongues wagging in more ways than one.

An online petition making the rounds is calling for the public health expert, 79, to be named People Magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive.”

Something about just taking charge and cutting out all of the bullshit IS sexy. Not to mention he has a voice that feels like a warm bath in a tub full of molasses. There’s no denying his pure sex factor. I see it. I don’t blame anyone for calling this man a sex icon.

I’m with it. I don’t care what award it is….give it to him. They made a bobblehead of him. I don’t know how we go from bobblehead to ‘Sexiest Man Alive,’ but hey….we’re just doing all that we can to support this man. Maybe we’ll make up an award for him. The SoBros Medal of Badassery. I don’t know. I’m just spitballin’ here.
