The New Colts Logo Is Pure Ass

Look, I know teams are trying right now. There's been a whole host of logo changes and uniform changes, but this new Colts logo is the worst of 'em all.

Look – I get it. We’re based out of Nashville. We’re a bona fide Tennessee Titans blog. We love our boys in two-tone blue, and we absolutely detest the Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts, and Jacksonville Jaguars. So, I’m probably going to be called biased after reading this post, but I’ve always been fair and objective when it comes to matters of real football analysis. I just want you all to know that I am an honest journalist with integrity when I say that this new Colts logo absolutely blows chunks.

Oh no baby wut is you D O I N G?!?!

Listen – I try to be reasonable about this stuff and see the deeper meaning behind it. I don’t know if it’s the global pandemic or what, but it seems like every day, we have a new team logo or new uniforms. I was in the minority that LOVED the new Rams logo. I didn’t care much for the new Falcons -OR- Bucs uniforms (if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it). But, this….this is just atrocious.

Sounds like it won’t be a massive overhaul of all the Colts gear, but more of a minor tweaking of uniforms and branding here and there. But, the optics alone just drive me insane. I want a nice clean ‘C’ – give me symmetry. Line things up. I can’t deal with the little tail in the lower lefthand corner of the graphic. Indiana ain’t the state to try this with – you gotta go Colorado or Wyoming or something y’know?

Personally, I love the idea of honoring your community in your home state, but this ain’t it, chief.
