It’s crazy to think it’s been four years already since Prince’s untimely death. Since that day, there have been tributes to Prince performed all over the world. The Grammys were the latest to pay homage to his Royal Badness with their tribute airing on CBS this week.
Bands and artists have been covering Prince songs for decades and since his death there have been countless recordings of new covers. The covers range from the beautiful, Chris Cornell’s “Nothing Compares to You,” to the bizarre, Rebecca Romijn Stamos’ “Darling Nikki.” Yes, you read that right the former Mrs. John Stamos ‘sings.’
