It’s a new month and now is as good a time as any to finally log out of Netflix, get off of the couch, and get the blood flowing again.

The quarantine has been rough on everybody and many, myself included, have neglected our health and skipped a few hundred workouts by now. The time to waste is officially over as the weather is great and you still have a lot of empty time to fill. Stop making excuses.

Today’s playlist is all about the pump. Volume 32 of the Quarantine Jams is designed to encourage you to get up and take that first step to a better you. We all feel better both mentally and physically after a good workout so as Olivia Newton-John sings ‘lets get physical.’
