I’ve Lived a Good Life – I Would Try This Homemade Water Slide

Would you guys go down this homemade water slide?

I don’t know about you guys, but the term ‘homemade water slide’ doesn’t exactly sound all that appealing. It’s not that I don’t trust you guys to build cool shit in your backyards.

Okay, maybe it is that I don’t trust you guys to build cool shit like water slides in your backyards. There’s a reason that this sort of thing is left up to professionals. You have to go to architecture school for a really long time to be qualified to design water slides, y’know what I mean? They don’t go just giving out that sort of licensure all willy nilly. But, I saw a clip today that made me rethink that stance. I might be willing to do something a little more dangerous – watch out world.

You know what? The old Stoney would’ve been scared to death of this shit. I’m 280 pounds and 6’2″ – I’m not climbing up some rickety water slide and bringing that shit to the ground when I get moving. I got a lotta mass about me, y’all – I’m liable to gain enough momentum to shoot my fat ass to the moon. Forget the pool.

But, that’s not what’s going through my head when I see this clip. I see an endless supply of fun. Maybe it’s a sign that I’ve finally arrived at a place in my life where I’m at peace with who I am and what I’ve done with it. I would now be honored to die on a homemade water slide.

I will say that homie cuts it a little close landing into that pool. It looks awfully close to not making it all the way in and that would’ve been a disaster.

Anyway, someone build this in their backyard, and I’ll come try it.
