The SoBros Summer Playlist Is Updated for 2021

It's that time of year, folks - time to dust off the ol' SoBros Summer Playlist and soak up the sun.

Alright, it’s unofficially official – time to dust off the ol’ SoBros Network Summer Playlist. Memorial Day weekend is in the books – hopefully, you’ve all survived. I mean…I guess technically if you’re reading this then you have survived, but fuck if I know. Ghosts might be reading SoBros Network. Personally, I had a much-needed three days of rest and relaxation. I didn’t do too much work at all – instead opting to eat some Martin’s BBQ, head back to theaters to see A Quiet Place, Pt. II, check out the Game Terminal, and then grill out from the comfort of my own home. I took some time to reflect upon where I am at in my timeline on this Earth and the state of SoBros Network. It was nice. That’s that good good Saturn retrograde shit that E was talking about. Nonetheless, Memorial Day weekend is always a signal that summer has arrived, and it certainly got me in an eager mood looking at the next few months as life continues to get closer and closer to ‘back to normal.’

I know summer doesn’t technically start for another month, but we all know the drill. Much like baseball has their own set of unwritten rules, so do the seasons in Tennessee. Memorial Day pretty much marks the start of summer (as Labor Day marks its close). Though, I will add that it is not officially summertime until you’ve watched Grown-Ups.

So, in the spirit of getting you ready for one of if not the most fun time of the year (it is my birthday season, after all), I decided to update the SoBros Network Summer Playlist with 10+ new songs (and I removed a host of songs, too – I curate this playlist very carefully) to chill to….or to get your fuck on to….whatever summer means to you. Fire up this playlist and peruse my list of things to do in Nashville this summer. LFG!

Have a good, fun-filled, debaucherous (is that a word?) summer. Get day drunk on a patio. Go down a water slide. Dance naked under the moonlight. Buy a Tesla. Puke in the streets. Tis the season.
