Deja Vu Is Going to Pump Some Money Into Nashville If They Win the Mega Millions

For Nashville's sake, let's hope Deja Vu wins the Mega Millions tomorrow night...

Some of y’all can turn your noses up at this like you don’t like lookin’ at tiddies, but the truth needs to be spoken and I’m here to speak it yet again. First, it was offering jobs to furloughed government workers back in 2019. Now, the fine folks at Deja Vu are back at it! They’re putting good into the world, and quite frankly, I think it might be time we consider Deja Vu as a favorite for our annual ‘Spirit of Nashville’ Award. This time, they have publicly stated that should they win the Mega Millions (the next drawing is tomorrow night, so go buy those tickets!), they will donate the money to various causes and institutions in Nashville.

Courtesy of our friends at WKRN:

The people behind Deja Vu say they bought $5,000 in tickets. If any of those are winners, they say they’ll donate the money to Nashville’s public schools, the public works department, and help build affordable housing.

Well, I’ll say it. The people at Deja Vu are better people than I am. If I were to win, you’d probably never see my ass again. I’d ride off into the sunset (or the Smoky Mountains) never to be heard from again. Don’t get me wrong – I’d give some of it away, but I don’t think I’d be willing to be out here taking care of the entire city of Nashville. Y’all need to buy y’all’s lottery tickets too.

Nonetheless, this is just the latest good bit of news to come out of Deja Vu, so I think we should all honor them, and head on over to show them our appreciation. This is definitely not about seeing nekkid tiddies, I swear. It’s totally about supporting a local business that also wants to support Nashville. I would never tell a lie or exaggerate anything on this website. I don’t think that’s ever happened. Okay, so what time do they open?
