Hemingway Days is a festival held to honor the memory of Ernest Hemingway in Key West every July around the fabled writer’s birthday. There’s no denying that he was a…well…he was a complicated man, and maybe that’s putting it too mildly. He might not be the type of guy you find easy to celebrate. But, for our longtime friend of the brand RHog, who shares a birthday with the literary giant, that wasn’t the point of his trip down to Key West, Florida for this year’s festivities.
He ventured down to scope it all out. And, he was kind enough to hop on the most recent episode of The SoBros Power Hour to recount the tale of his three days spent taking in the local fare, admiring the spectacle of the Hemingway lookalike competition, and his impressions of Key West in general. This is one of the more interesting additions to our catalog of travel blogs/podcasts yet. Smash that play button on the embed below to play it.
