Usually when I’m popping into Chili’s for an order of Honey-Chiptole Chicken Crispers I also quench my thirst with one of their flavored margaritas. That delicious combo sends me on my way full, buzzed, and downright cheerful. So, when Chili’s announced that they were adding an espresso martini to their menu I knew I had to try it.

Forging a crossover I didn’t know I needed, Chilis enlisted the help of Vanderpump Rules’ stars Katie Maloney and Scheana Shay to  perfect the flavor on this classic cocktail. I can’t think of a better combo than reality tv and Chilis.

Ingredients:
-Lunazul Reposado Tequila
-Captain Morgan Spiced Rum

-Monin Agave Nectar
-Owen’s Espresso Martini Mix
-Coffee bean garnish

I was surprised that the tequila and the rum mixed together as smooth as they did. The martini is bold, outside the box, and plenty flavorful. The martini was added to the menu on April 14th so I suggest carving out some time to dine in your local Chili’s to experience this cocktail for yourself before it’s too late. It’s a 10/10 for me.
