Let’s face it – every day we are routinely bombarded with questions. When you’re an emerging media company in Nashville, people just want to know what your opinions are on everything. It’s only natural. And, since our duty is to serve the people, well, we have no choice but to be present. That’s the SoBro Way. Also, aren’t mailbags just a barrel of laughs anyway? Welcome to the newest weekly recurring feature up in this bitch: The SoBros Mailbag. As always, hit us with those mailbag questions @SoBrosNetwork on Twitter, email ’em to me anonymously at thesobrosnetwork@gmail.com. And, holy shit, I need to update this terrible intro paragraph that I’ve been using literally ever since I started writing this column…
Question:
What tv shows are you currently watching?

Predictions for Titans Top 4 2024 offensive leaders by yardage in order (passing yards don’t count)
Wanted a record prediction based on the schedule…but it didn’t drop today boo 👎🏾
Answer:
- We’re actually all caught up on our series at the moment – we just finished Baby Reindeer, which I thought was pretty weird and unsettling but very good, and Apples Never Fall, which I thought was pretty good until the ending fell flat and ruined the entire series.
- I’m going with Calvin Ridley > DeAndre Hopkins > Tyjae Spears > Tony Pollard
- We don’t need a schedule drop for this prediction! 17-0, baby! Super Bowl champs!
Question:
In your opinion, which Nashville area college or professional team has the most passionate fan base?
— Ed Helinski 🇺🇸🇵🇱 (@MrEd315) May 9, 2024
Answer:
Great question, Ed. You’ve sparked quite the debate in my household. My initial reaction was to say the Preds because of how ramped up Bridgestone Arena is on any given night, all the fun chants, the catfish, and other traditions that come along with being a Preds fan. It seems like a pretty passionate, devoted group to me. But, when I posed this question to my wife, she immediately spat out, “gotta be the Titans,” citing the size of the fan base and how loyal they are to the team even when they aren’t good. I know it’s the case with every team, but it really does feel like the casual Preds fan dissipate whenever the team is losing, whereas us Titans fans just grind through the losses. We’ve become hardened and jaded in a way that I don’t know Preds fans are quite yet. So, I’m going to side with my wife on this one – fans generally having a better understanding of football than hockey probably helps too. I’m going with the Titans, though I’d tip my cap to the growing Nashville SC fan base and the diehard TSU fan base as well. We can definitely rule out Vanderbilt and MTSU, though.
Keep the questions coming – catch y’all next week!
