Are we even really here? That is the question of the hour on the latest episode of Phone It In. Rooster and I take a deep dive into the concept of the simulation hypothesis that dates back to 2003. Are we experts on the matter? Hell no, but when has that ever stopped us before? The idea that all of existence is just an illusion the same way a dream is isn’t exactly as farfetched as it sounds. Theoretically, if we could control the signals sent to our brain that guide our senses, we could make a person perceive anything. This is one of those big existential questions that we have no business exploring, but we try to make sense of it anyway. Come on in with us.
This episode of Phone It In is brought to you by Memo’s Mexican Kitchen in Mount Juliet, Tennessee! Memo’s offers a fresh, modern take on the Mexican restaurant just a mile north of I-40 off of the Mount Juliet exit. For my money, they cook up the best quesabirria in town! Check out the full menu on their website and let ’em know SoBros Network sent you.
