Call your bookie and empty those retirement accounts (actually, don’t really do that – this is just sarcasm. Our lawyers say we shouldn’t claim to be experts on anything because we’re not)! Each week, the SoBros team up to offer their five locks of the week – obviously, we’re not professionals here so take this advice with a grain of salt and don’t sue us if you piss all of your money away. That’s not our fault. Okay, I think we’re all set here – here are this week’s SoBros gambling picks.
Stoney’s Picks
Going 2-0 in the NFL salvaged my week after going 1-2 in the college ranks. Thankfully, I knew that Duke would mop the floor with my Blue Raiders. We’re off to a good start this season – here’s to trying to keep the train rolling.
- Notre Dame -6.5 – Notre Dame seems to be finding its groove. I like ’em big over Louisville, who hasn’t played a defense the caliber of this one yet.
- Oklahoma -2.5 – I haven’t bought in on Oklahoma all season, but all things considered, they played Tennessee a lot tougher than I thought. I don’t care that this game is at Auburn. Auburn stinks.
- Utah -11.5 vs. Arizona – The Utes are playing Utah football right now, running the ball and playing some good defense. The Wildcats are playing some mistake-prone football right now. Where these two teams are out right now, I think Utah wins big.
- Steelers -1.5 – That defense is rolling. Justin Fields is looking good. I’m going to keep riding the gross ass Steelers until they burn me. I’m not falling for last week’s win for the Colts. I still think that’s a bad football team.
- Bills +2.5 – The Bills are the best team in football right now. The Ravens are pretty close to 0-3. I like the Bills as road dogs in Baltimore because of the matchups in this one.
McCash’s Picks
After going 1-4 last week things can’t get much worse. I’m looking for a lot teams like my bets to bounce back in a big way.
