A Perfect Circle appear to have some touring plans for 2017 and it looks like a new album is also in the works, which could be the first original material record since 2003’s Thirteenth Step (not counting 2004’s emotive which featured anti-war cover songs and remixes).
Guitarist Billy Howerdel and vocalist Maynard James Keenan were both on hand at The Montalban in Hollywood, CA, November 22, 2016 promoting Keenan’s book ‘A Perfect Union Of Contrary Things‘ when the question came up in regards to more A Perfect Circle material. The duo confirmed that A Perfect Circle will be touring in 2017 as well as working on new material. The only confirmed date so far is at The Hollywood Bowl in Hollywood, CA on May 07th, 2017.
