Many of you who keep up with us pretty regularly (thank you for that) know that we’re venturing further into YouTube. This year, specifically, we’ve made a push to get more content up there, but we’re just now starting to find our stride. We’ve posted a new video each week for the last several weeks and it finally feels like things are starting to pick up, so hit that subscribe button people!
It all started earlier this year when Rubber Rooster took the initiative to redefine the content she brought to the site. Really showing that she’s much more than just a history blogger, she launched ‘Rubber Rooster Plays,’ and I credit her with really jumpstarting the whole damn thing.
For the better part of 2017, we didn’t do too much with the channel. But, we did use it as a medium through which to share some clips from our content trips:
Then, in the Summer of 2017, we decided to get serious about a venture we’d been talking about for months…the SoBros Jam Session, where we half actually play music and half dick around, but hopefully, provide some sort of entertainment value somewhere along the way.
Now, we have 30 videos up on the channel, and have recently launched two more franchises. First, the SoBros Hot Minute, which is just a short clip of one of us ranting about something. Or, providing some sort of provocative insight….or nothing at all…hell, I don’t know.
And, we started offering our NFL game picks as well:
Coming soon, our boy Bobby Beadle will be launching SoBros Outdoors. You can catch a sneak peek at Slayin’ Bass here:
We’re going to redo our “Meet the SoBros” bit. I’ve got a Fidget Boyz in the works. We already have some sketch comedy in post-production that should be up within the coming weeks for the guys. Just wanted to take a moment and say I’m proud of what this team is accomplishing. More so, can accomplish when we set our mind to it. Sky’s the limit here, and we certainly appreciate you guys following along with us.
