The Roar of the Shiba Is Majestic

I’ve never crossed paths with the heralded Shiba. But, from every internet video and meme I’ve seen in my lifetime, they make for great and loyal companions. They seem like the types of dogs that would be great to achieve quests and go on adventures with. Typically, they’re portrayed in a humorous light, but in this clip you’re about to see, we see a Shiba releasing a roar that would make the clouds tremble.

As usual, here’s a link in case Instagram takes this down.

This is the happiest of happy boys, and he doesn’t care who knows it. Is it a siren of happiness? Or, is it a war cry? We don’t really know – namely because dogs can’t speak like humans. That’s just a scientific fact. I love it, though. It is pure passion for life coming from the soul.

I think we could all take a page out of this Shiba’s playbook and just yell whenever we’re happy. “What do you think of that salad, Janet?” “AWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOO” The world may be a better place if we were more vocal about our joy.

“Stoney, you’ve been promoted.” “AWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOO!”

Even if it’s just a simple question like, “Hey, Stoney – would you mind tossing me the stapler?” – which is a thing people ask – guess what! “AWWWOOOOOOO.” I’ll have to work on adding some gurgling noises in there but I’m sure it’ll be just fine.

But, the moral of this story today is that Shibas are awesome. Death to Shiba’s enemies.
