Also, how about the fact that the Wu-Tang Clan was the first hip hop group to perform at the Ryman? I know my boy Hayes up on Staten Island will appreciate that fact. It’s a clear sign that the times are changing. Our city continues to grow into an all-around entertainment mecca. Or, if you’re an old head, this is the apocalypse. Whatever. I’m having fun.
