2019 was a tumultuous year for homegrown SUP superstar, Mr. Brickster. He saw the highs of competing at The Collective during WrestleMania week in Jersey City. And, he faced the lows of a knee injury that put him out of action for months. Brick was able to close out 2019 with a return to The Basement East on 12/21 at SUP’s Nice Night for a Neck Injury. In the main event against Bonestorm Champion AC Mack, Mr. Brickster had one of the most fun matches of the year, sending the crowd home happy and belting out Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’” in the process.
We fired up the microphone a week ago for the latest episode of Checks and Championships, and Brick was kind enough to join our guy John Mosley to catch up on life. They chat about Brick’s return to SUP, his direction in 2020, and much more.
