With the recent lockdown thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, Nashville food trucks have had to get creative to drum up business. Truth be told, it’s been a nice change for those of us cooped up in apartment complexes across the region. I’ve started checking up on ’em every day for the last two weeks, and it’s honestly become a highlight of my day to get out, get some fresh air, and support a local business through a tough time if I can. So, I figured why not try to do my part and pass it along to SoBros Nation? If you’re able and in the area, check out where the trucks are parked today.
NASHVILLE FOOD TRUCKS WATCH: 4/14/20
Bradley’s Curbside Creamery – Those of you in the Bridgewater neighborhood are getting a double dose of action today. You can get some Smokin’ Buttz barbecue and then polish it off with some ice cream from Bradley’s. They’ll be at 1421 Bridgecross Parkway, Nashville, TN, 37076 today from 4-8PM. Bradley’s will also have a truck down in Murfreesboro – 217 McClaran Pl, Murfreesboro, TN 37129, specifically…from 4:30-7:30PM.
Bruster’s Real Ice Cream – Brentwood’s Magnolia Vale neighborhood is also getting a double dose of action today. Polish off your empanada from Chivanada with some ice cream courtesy of Brusters! They’ll be parked at 1004 Monroe Lane, Brentwood, TN, 37027 from 4-7PM.
Califarmia – Califarmia is heading out to Mount Juliet today. Catch ’em at 219 Quad Oak Drive, Mt. Juliet, TN, 37122 from 4-7PM. Gladeville and Rural Hill, this is your chance to get one of the best burritos in town.
Chivanada – Treat yo self to an empanada courtesy of Chivanada, down in Brentwood’s Magnolia Vale neighborhood. They’ll be there from 4-7PM at 1004 Monroe Lane, Brentwood, TN, 37027.
Five Daughters Bakery – Five Daughters is taking their cronuts downtown today, posting up at 1015 Nelson Merry Street, Nashville, TN, 37203 from 8-11AM. Hurry, hurry – don’t miss out!
Hoss’ Loaded Burgers – Nolensville, you are getting a hell of a day between Hoss’ and the TN Cobbler Company. They’ll be at 2123 Grand Street, Nolensville, TN, 37135 from 4:30-7PM.
Il Forno – Hampton Hall, you’re getting a hell of a pizza party with Il Forno posting up at 4000 Hallborough Way, Nashville, TN, 37076 from 4-7PM. Really solid day for the Hermitage area all around.
Jay’s Smoqued BBQ – Haven’t had the pleasure of trying Jay’s yet, but we drove out to my mom’s place in Gladeville on Friday and took her a BBQ sandwich for dinner. It got rave reviews. Jay’s is going to be parked at 13 Bridgeport Way, Mt. Juliet, TN, 37122 from 4-7PM.
Little Cancun on the Go – Grab some tacos or quesadillas for lunch at Little Cancun on the Go at 2221 Murphy Avenue, Nashville, TN, 37203 from 11AM-1:30PM.
Peach Cobbler Factory – Double dose of sweets for ya tonight, Murfreesboro. The Peach Cobbler Factory will be at 583 Jim Cedar Drive, Murfreesboro, TN, 37128 from 4-7PM.
The Rolling Recipe – Villages of Riverwood, LFG! The Rolling Recipe is bringing a diverse menu to 1801 Riverbirch Lane, Nashville, TN, 37076 from 4-7PM. I have my eyes on that signature loaded mac and cheese.
Smokin’ Buttz – Bridgewater neighborhood, you are up again. You’re getting a doozy of a Tuesday with some barbecue and ice cream (from Bradley’s) at 1421 Bridgecross Parkway, Nashville, TN, 37076 from 4-8PM.
Tennessee Cobbler Co. – The TN Cobbler Co. is one you want to keep your eyes open for every day. Polish off your burger from Hoss’ with a nice tub of cobbler. They’re also at 2123 Grand Street, Nolensville, TN, 37135 from 4:30-7PM today.
Yayo’s Original Mexican Gourmet – Berry Hill, 12 South, Melrose – you guys are up. Get that taco fix! Yayo’s will be parked in the Gale Park Neighborhood at 310 Artisan Lane, Nashville, TN, 37204 from 11AM-2PM.

Also, worth mentioning that most of the restaurants in town are still offering curbside pickup, delivery and takeout. I’m over in the Hermitage/Donelson and area myself. So, I’ve been ordering from and highly recommend:

Just keep in mind that a lot of places may have a limited menu before you order. Stay safe out there, Nashville. Follow the guidelines. Wash your hands. Be kind to each other. We’ll get through this.
