You open your eyes. You’re much older now. Time has passed, and it seems that we’ve come to the end of the road in life. You smile as you see your family and closest friends around you. “I uh… I think today’s the day. It just feels right.” Everyone’s eyes well up with tears, and they all say their goodbyes.
You close your eyes, pressing tighter and tighter, until finally…you realize you are no longer in the hospital. The sounds, the smells. It’s all different, but it’s also so familiar. The first thing you sense is a distinct voice. It’s Seth Rogen in Pineapple Express. The curse words are censored; must be on TBS. And just then, the smell. It’s faint, but it’s there. You reach out, and as a gong chimes, your eyes fly open. It’s him. He’s there. And you are home. “Welcome, my friend. How can I help you today?“
