It's lunch time on a Friday. The SoBros Mailbag is here!

Let’s face it – every day we are routinely bombarded with questions. When you’re an emerging media company in Nashville, people just want to know what your opinions are on everything. It’s only natural. And, since our duty is to serve the people, well, we have no choice but to be present. That’s the SoBro Way. Also, aren’t mailbags just a barrel of laughs anyway? Welcome to the newest weekly recurring feature up in this bitch: The SoBros Mailbag. As always, hit us with those mailbag questions @SoBrosNetwork on Twitter, email ’em to me anonymously at thesobrosnetwork@gmail.com. And, holy shit, I need to update this terrible intro paragraph that I’ve been using literally ever since I started writing this column…

Question:

Answer:

Absolutely love to see Sheamus getting some love – that dude has somewhat quietly become one of the all-time greats. I rarely see him put on a bad match, and he has a look all his own with a style that is timeless (that style being “beatin’ the shit out of someone”).

For me, this question has two different answers – my “overall entertaining” Mount Rushmore is quite different from my “good wrestler” Mount Rushmore. So, I’ll give you both. My overall favorite wrestler Mount Rushmore would be Chris Jericho, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, and Edge. My “actually the best wrestler” Mount Rushmore would be Eddie Guerrero, Shawn Michaels, Daniel Bryan, and Bret Hart.

Question:

Answer:

I think the answer to both might be Bearded Iris. Maybe it’s just because I’ve been on a Bearded Iris kick ever since we spent half the day at their tap room for the SummerSlam pre-show party. But, Homestyle is probably my favorite local beer right now. You can add a bunch of flavors to beer for a wide variety of options, and sure, there’s some creativity in that…but Bearded Iris seems to have a firm command of what makes beer genuinely interesting. The style, the hops, the ingredients…that sort of thing. They’re defining “outside the box” in Nashville, at least in my humble opinion. Also, I think we need to hear your answer to this one, Pat – give us some beer recs if you got ’em!

Question, from E on Instagram:

If you could hold a masterclass to help your fellow zodiac members, what would it be on?

Answer:

“Hi, I’m Stoney Keeley and welcome to my masterclass on opening up to people and getting out of the house every once in awhile.”

Question, from Steven on Instagram:

What do you think the drone is doing right now?

Answer:

So, this is, of course, what Steven is referencing here:

And, well – I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that the drone has been doing the same thing it’s been doing since Saturday evening, and I think that’s all I can say in the public forum…

Question:

Answer:

Of course, it would be 440 Sports and Trouble Spirits! That’s a tough question – I don’t really buy a lot of stuff for myself, so it’d probably have to be food or booze related. I wouldn’t want food because I like the variety in my diet, y’know? Wouldn’t want to be eating the same stuff all the time. Same with booze, kind of – part of the fun is switching things up and not consuming the same stuff all the time. So, I think I’d land on Starbucks because that’s the one thing I know I could consume every day for the rest of my life. It’s all about value, and that would be the best value to me.

Keep the questions coming – catch y’all next week!
