Hello, and welcome in to the latest edition of Yankee Candle Reviews here on SoBros Network. I will be your host – the Fragrance Aficionado of SoBros Network, also the EIC, Stoney Keeley. My passion for Yankee Candle began in 2006, when I strolled into the location in Providence Marketplace in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. I picked up a jar of Autumn Woods, and found it captured the essence of the season perfectly. I’ve been hooked in this…well, you could even call it ‘romantic…’ relationship with Yankee Candle ever since. Today, I’ll be sharing my thoughts on the standard issue holiday classic, Christmas Cookie.
We’re hitting one of Yankee Candle’s best sellers this time of year today, folks. It’s going to be popular among gift-givers across the world, and for good reason. Christmas Cookie is one of the holiday standards. There’s not a lot of nuance in this fragrance – it’s something we all know and love. Somehow, the mad scientists at Yankee Candle captured the comforting essence of Grandma’s kitchen at Christmastime in candle form. You know what you’re going to get with this one, as it is just straight up cookie. There’s no bells and whistles on this one – no subtle finish, no nuanced hints of other fragrances. It’s sugar. And, it’s cookie.
While I’m incredibly embarrassed that I lost the lid for this candle, we all know that the show must go on here at SoBros Network, and despite my deep shame, I still got a video review of this candle up on the YouTube gimmick for you all to enjoy. Thank you for your time.
Recommended burning – On a cold winter’s night, with Christmas music playing in the background, the house decorated, and settling in for a cozy night of watching Christmas movies. What? You thought this was going to be another gross and vulgar ‘Recommended burning’ section? Shame on you. It’s Christmas!
