East Nashville Beer Works Hopeful to Open Lebanon Location by Spring/Summer of 2024

Great news for those of us who have been dying for more breweries out here east of Nashville.

Man, Ryan and I have been talking about it for YEARS in conversations sitting on one of our back decks enjoying a beer, sweating it out making the very t-shirts you see in the SoBros Shop, or gathered ’round a big meal. How in the hell has the big Nashville brewery movement not touched the towns east of Nashville yet?

Well, that appears to be changing – first, the opening of Cedar City Brewing right there on the town square in Lebanon last year. Now, it appears as though East Nashville Beer Works is planning to break ground on a brand new production facility that will also feature a tap room, where they’ll also serve food. Sounds like we’ve only got about a year to wait before this thing is open.

Hopes are for an 11 to 13 month construction period that will enable the Lebanon location to open by the spring or summer of 2024, East Nashville Beer Works founder and President Anthony Davis said.

I can hardly wait. I love the brewery experience. I love NOT going into or through downtown Nashville. I love Cedar City Brewing. I am the Adam Driver meme – “MORE!” I can’t get enough of this. Why stop at East Nashville Beer Works? Let’s get some of the other great Nashville breweries out here, too. Make me never have to go to Nashville again.

Anyway, I got my first taste of East Nashville Beer Works back in December. It was my boy Pat’s (from Quick Sixer) birthday so we, and Brittany Fernandez, hopped on a beer trolley and went around from brewery to brewery on the East side. I distinctly remember East Nashville Beer Works having one of the best pumpkin beers I’ve had in quite some time. Just phenomenal stuff. It’s also the location of one of my coolest profile photos ever:

Anyway, this is going to be a good time out here in Wilson County. For more on East Nashville Beer Works, hit up their website here.
