Let’s face it – every day we are routinely bombarded with questions. When you’re an emerging media company in Nashville, people just want to know what your opinions are on everything. It’s only natural. And, since our duty is to serve the people, well, we have no choice but to be present. That’s the SoBro Way. Also, aren’t mailbags just a barrel of laughs anyway? Welcome to the newest weekly recurring feature up in this bitch: The SoBros Mailbag. As always, hit us with those mailbag questions @SoBrosNetwork on Twitter, email ’em to me anonymously at thesobrosnetwork@gmail.com. And, holy shit, I need to update this terrible intro paragraph that I’ve been using literally ever since I started writing this column…

Question, from Dom via text:

What words do you think should exist but don’t? I’ve always liked ‘jamp’ as a past tense of jump, instead of jumped.

Answer:

Dom, you have my full permission to use ‘jamp’ freely if you’d like – knock yourself out. I won’t judge. This is a fun question. Personally, I think Webster should recognize ‘dangle-down’ as an actual word for ‘penis.’ At least, it’s one of my favorite terms for my penis. Used in a sentence would be something like, “The robber slung him around by his dangle-down and took his watch.” Something like that, y’know?

Question:

Answer:

That sounds AWFUL as far as recurring dreams go. My goodness. I haven’t had a recurring dream since I was a kid, but I used have one where I would peek behind my pillow and see little tiny army soldiers rappelling down from the top of my headboard. It didn’t scare me – just weirded me out more than anything because it always felt so real.

Question, from E on Instagram:

I’m looking for new fragrances what are your top 3 “Mr Steal Yo Girl” scents?

Answer:

Shit, they ain’t paying me anymore, but I still love the Manscaped cologne. They gave me a bottle to help promote it, and I ended up genuinely loving it. It’s a strong fragrance, so one little spritz will do, and given how long the bottle has lasted me, I truly believe it’s a great value. Not to mention, it led to one of the most viewed SoBros YouTube bits ever.

Outside of that, I have always been a fan of Nautica, and while some fragrance aficionados might turn their noses up at this, I like the cologne that Bath & Body Works puts out. They’re a lot cheaper than the department store stuff, but they have a real fastball. I’ve had a bottle of their ‘Bourbon’ fragrance for years now, and I’m just now about to run out of it. No doubt that I’ll be in to see what kind of new stuff they’ve put out since.

As for favorite fragrances in general, well, nothing beats Autumn Woods by Yankee Candle, the smell of fresh cut grass in the summer time, or the smell of a good home-cooked meal lingering in the air on a lazy Sunday evening.

Question:

Answer:

I don’t know what show this is from, so I looked it up for context, and yeah, I still don’t know. But, I’ll say that the more people that tell you that Tyjae Spears doesn’t have a knee or that there’s no way the Titans can beat the Bengals this year, the more you’ll need to have this thing at the ready.
