Times are hard, and they’re gettin’ even harder. Apparently, in 2021, you can’t even mosey on out to the car for a delightful morning in the suburbs without some wild ass shit going down. Take this family, for instance. They’re just getting their day started, waving at the neighbors and all, when out of nowhere like it’s named Randy Orton, this live bobcat strikes.

That is the most innocent, charming, and wholesome ‘good morning’ I’ve ever heard in my life and holy shit was it disorienting when I heard this thing on loop. On the back end, we go from pure chaos right back to the beginning and it was jarring. Felt like my brain was put in a blender for a minute there.

But, let’s talk about this man’s heroics for a bit. This is what we talk about when we mention that dad reflex. This man just leapt into action right away. Didn’t even seem to cross his mind what was happening until he had that wild ass animal in his hands. From the look of things, his wife had a pet carrier in her hands…hard to tell for sure, but I wonder if that’s what triggered this attack….some sort of territorial thing or something, I don’t know. But, I can’t imagine just strolling out to the car and suddenly having a live bobcat up my back. Just an unreal scenario to imagine, and from the looks of things, it was before they’ve even had their morning coffee.

A+ throw of the bobcat, too. That’s some real fight or flight type of shit. Great – you just caught a live bobcat…now what the hell do you do with it? I’ll tell ya – you yeet that sumbitch before it can get after your wife. What was the neighbor that just strolled up on the scene thinking, too? That’s gotta be unsettling to walk up to in the morning. I hope this hero man got his shots after that.

Also, it’s been quite awhile since a viral video was this quotable. Not only did we get that positive ‘good morning,’ but we also got instant classics such as “I need to wash my car,” “it’s a bobcat oh my God,” “I’ma shoot that fucker,” and “A BOBCAT!”
