Whoop That Trick
Ingredients:
- 2 oz bourbon
- 0.5 oz peach liqueur
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey + water)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Optional: small pinch of cayenne or a thin slice of jalapeño
- Splash of ginger beer
Instructions:
- Add bourbon, peach liqueur, lemon juice, honey syrup, and bitters to a shaker with ice.
- If you want heat, toss in a jalapeño slice or tiny pinch of cayenne.
- Shake hard
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Top with a splash of ginger beer.
