I never knew that carrying stones was both a chore in basic yardwork -AND- a spectacle for audiences of a hundred or so to behold. But, here we are today, folks, with a clip from such a competition. At least, I’m presuming it’s a competition. Regardless, we have a very important life lesson to learn from this video today. So, I’ll quit yammering and get on with the presentation. *clicks play*
As usual, here’s a link in case Instagram takes this video down.
So, what’s our big takeaway here? If you’re going to carry stones, or anything heavy really, make sure you have your belt on.
It’s a metaphor, to be honest. The belt represents preparedness. The stone represents your goals or the task at hand. And, the ass represents how badly things can go if you don’t prepare and protect yourself.
If you aren’t prepared to face adversity, then you’ll never be able to break through and achieve your goals.
My God – I did not intend for this to turn into an inspirational and motivational post, but we’re here so we might as well roll with it. You should always strive to be the best person you can possibly be. Learn from this man’s bare ass, so that you don’t become this man’s bare ass.
There’s always something to learn here at SoBros Network, folks. That’s what we do – educate the masses.
