Our position by position preview of the Tennessee Titans roster continues on Football & Other F Words this summer. This week, the tight ends are up. To me, this was a fascinating conversation about a position group that isn’t getting a lot of love this offseason so far. Perhaps rightfully so…I mean, you do have to look at the ceilings of Chig Okonkwo and Josh Whyle in order to project them. But, man…if they hit on those ceilings, this is going to be quite the 1-2 punch for the Titans offense. We offer up a 2023 season review for each guy, dig into their stats, their styles, and their potential roles in this offense. We even get into a little personnel grouping talk, when I explain why I think we could be sleeping on just how much 12 personnel this offense is going to run because of the multiple things their tight ends can do out of it.
